Module: Offers

The right content at the right moment of the conversation

Your materials usually sit in a tab nobody opens. Ada knows them and offers one when it answers the question just asked, rather than when somebody happens to find your resources page.

You define the catalogue · the agent never invents a link · at most two buttons under an answer

What works today: action buttons under the answer

The seed of this module has been in the product from the start, and it is deliberately narrow, because it decides where the customer goes after an answer.

Visitor Can we connect this without changes to our code?
Ada Yes, one line of script is enough, and an allowed domain list controls where the widget may run. Source: Embedding the widget.
System Two buttons appear under the answer: Embedding guide and Book a demo.

Buttons come from a catalogue you maintain. Paths are relative only, so the model cannot invent an address or send the customer off your site.

Three rules that keep this module honest

01

A closed catalogue, not a generated one

Ada picks from a list you maintain. She does not create addresses, does not assemble links out of product names and does not point at pages you know nothing about. The model chooses, it does not invent.

02

Two buttons at most

The limit lives in code, not in guidance to the model. An answer with six links is not an offer, it is a table of contents, and a table of contents leads nobody to a decision.

03

Content matched to the question, not to the campaign

A material appears because it answers what the customer just wrote. The order in the catalogue does not depend on what marketing wants to push this quarter.

Why content deserves its own module

A conversation gives an answer, but rarely enough for a decision. The right material at the right time shortens the road from question to meeting.

A technical question
Implementation documentation instead of a three sentence summary, when the person on the other side will read the manual anyway.
A question about trust
The subprocessor register, the AI systems notice, the data processing agreement template. Documents instead of assurances.
A question about price
The pricing page and a proposed slot, because a range on your own figures always comes out in conversation, not in a table.
A question about their industry
The industry page with processes that person recognises from their own work.
No question, just curiosity
Conversation starters, so the chat window is not an empty text field.

Where this module is heading

This is the youngest module in the product, and most of this page describes direction rather than state. We say so plainly, because a promise without coverage surfaces during the first rollout.

Materials outside the chat window

A bar at the bottom, a side panel and an overlay, all drawing on the same catalogue as the buttons inside the conversation.

Reacting to an exit

One last suggestion as the cursor heads for the close button, instead of a silent goodbye.

Notify me

Event invitations

Webinars and meetups suggested to people whose questions overlap with the topic of the event.

Notify me

Content matched to the buying stage

One material for somebody still reading about the problem, another for somebody comparing vendors.

Notify me

The whole team on the customer side

A conversation with several people from one company handled as a single case, with material matched to each of their roles.

Content performance

A view of which materials end in a booked slot, and which only collect clicks.

Questions we get most often

How is this different from pop ups?
In the order of events. A pop up appears because fifteen seconds passed. A material from Ada appears because it answers the question just asked, and always alongside the answer rather than instead of it.
Who decides what is in the catalogue?
You do. The catalogue is part of your account configuration, separately for each language. A change takes effect without a deployment on our side.
Can Ada send a customer to an address outside the catalogue?
No. Paths in the catalogue are relative only, and the model has no way to construct an address. That is a restriction written in code, not a request in a prompt.
What if I have no materials at all?
Then you still have answers from the knowledge base and an offered slot. The catalogue is an addition, not a condition for the conversation to work.

See what Ada would put in front of your customer

During the demo we set the catalogue on your own materials and ask the questions people really ask on your site.
