Module: Meetings

Ada does not just book the demo. Ada runs it.

From a question in the chat window to a slot in the calendar, in one conversation and at any hour. On the day of the demo it is Ada again on the other side: she knows your company name, your notes and your website, which she read beforehand.

No account needed to book · confirmation with a calendar file · cancel with one click

Example: a pricing question ends with a booked slot

A demonstration conversation. The calendar opens in the same window the conversation runs in.

Visitor What does this cost at five thousand conversations a month?
Ada The range depends on channels and seats, so let me give you numbers on your figures instead of guessing. I have tomorrow at 10:00 and at 14:30 free. Which one works?
Visitor Tomorrow, 14:30.
Ada I am holding that slot for five minutes. Leave your name, e-mail and website, and the confirmation with a calendar file goes out right away.
Ada Done. See you tomorrow at 14:30. Before the call you will get a link that checks your microphone and connection.

Four messages and a slot in the calendar. No separate form page, no e-mail ping pong and no waiting for the team to reply.

Three things that happen on their own

01

Booking without leaving the conversation

Free slots appear inside the chat window, in the visitor's own time zone. The chosen slot is held for five minutes, so nobody takes it while the form is being filled in. The confirmation arrives by e-mail with an attachment that writes itself into the calendar.

02

Nobody forgets and nothing breaks at the last minute

Reminders go out a day, an hour and ten minutes before the meeting. The link in the e-mail cancels or shows the details with no login. A microphone and connection test runs before the call, so the first minutes are not spent asking whether you can be heard.

03

Ada runs the demo

The meeting happens in her room in the browser, with nothing to install. Ada arrives prepared: she knows the company name, the notes from the form and the content of the visitor's website, which she scans before the meeting.

What the visitor receives before you meet

All of it is automatic and queued as jobs, so one booked meeting costs your team zero work until the conversation itself.

Right after booking
A confirmation with the time in their own zone, a calendar attachment and a link to cancel or review the details.
A day before
A reminder with the same link. This is when people usually decide to reschedule, so it is better decided now than during the meeting.
An hour before
A second reminder, this time nudging them to check the microphone and connection.
Ten minutes before
The last signal, with the link to the conversation room. The room opens in a browser, with no install and no account.
When a slot is missed
The system records a no show after ten minutes of waiting. It does not guess: cancellation, reschedule and simply not turning up are three different things.

Three moments where this changes the outcome

Someone reads your pricing at three in the morning

Interest has a short shelf life. Ada shows free slots immediately, in the visitor's time zone, instead of asking for a form and promising contact during business hours.

I want to see it now, not in two weeks

The nearest free slot is often two hours away. The visitor sees it inside the chat window and books it without writing to anyone.

Plans changed

Cancel and rebook from a single link, with no login and no five message exchange. The released slot goes straight back into the pool for the next person.

How this module grows

We set the order by what you ask for during rollouts. Asking about a specific item is a vote for it.

Team calendars

Reading availability from Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, so slots come straight from the rep's own calendar.

Notify me

Meetings on your platform

A Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link in the confirmation, when the call is to be run by a human from your team.

Notify me

Routing to the right rep

Rules that send the visitor to the right person by region, product or company size.

Screening before booking

Your own definition of a good fit, checked during the conversation, before a slot lands in your team's calendar.

Questions we get most often

Does Ada really run the demo on her own?
Yes. The meeting happens in her room in the browser: Ada speaks, listens, answers questions and shows the product. Someone from our side can join, but does not have to.
What if I would rather talk to a human?
Just say so in the conversation or reply to the confirmation e-mail. Handover to a human is built into the product, not an exception to it.
How long is the chosen slot held?
Five minutes from the click, for the time it takes to fill in the form. After that the slot returns to the pool, so nobody blocks the calendar with an abandoned browser tab.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from the link in the e-mail, with no login. The link belongs to your booking only, and our database stores just a digest of it, never the address itself.
How does Ada know what my company does?
From the website address given at booking. Before the meeting she reads it the way a prepared sales rep would, and joins the call with context instead of asking about the basics.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The conversation room runs in the browser, including on a phone. You can check your microphone and connection with one click before the meeting.

Book the demo. Yes, Ada will run it.

Thirty minutes on your own examples: we show booking, the conversation and the handover to a human, using content from your own website.
