Limits reset at the start of each period. Whatever you do not use does not carry over, and nothing is added to the invoice after the fact.

How billing works
- A hard ceiling, not a meter
- Once a limit runs out, the feature waits for the next period or for a larger package. Nothing is charged after the fact, because every question to a model costs us real money and we do not want your invoice to depend on how many of them went out.
- Separate from the other plans
- This is a separate product, bought independently of the customer service plans. You can have only visibility, only customer service, or both.
- Every model provider is a subprocessor
- The provider we ask receives the monitored question with personal data masked, plus the search country. Your brand names and competitor names stay with us: matching happens locally. The subprocessor register is public, and we give notice before adding another provider, with a right to object.
- Companies and brands, not people
- We measure the presence of companies, products and organisations. Natural persons, including sole traders, are not monitored in this version, and sentiment applies to organisations only.
Net amounts. We sell to businesses, so tax is added according to the applicable rules.
