Module: Conversations

Website traffic turns into conversations, and conversations into booked time

Ada talks in text, in voice and face to face, in the same window and with no tool switching. Every sentence points at its source, and an answer without coverage in your knowledge never reaches the customer at all.

One line of script · works on any content management system · no site rebuild

Example: question, evidence, booked slot

A demonstration conversation. Answers come from content published in the knowledge base, not from the model's general knowledge.

Visitor Does our customer data stay in the European Union?
Ada The database and files sit in Warsaw, and we publish the full list of parties processing data on our behalf, with their locations. Source: Subprocessor register.
Visitor And the language model? Where does that run?
Ada That is a question I answer strictly from the document, so let me quote it: the AI systems notice describes what is sent to the model and how long it is kept. Would you like our engineer to walk you through it on a call?
Visitor Yes, please.
Ada I have tomorrow at 11:00 and 15:30.

The conversation ends with a time in the calendar, not with a promise that someone will be in touch. Every answer names the document it came from.

Three things that separate this from a chat bubble

01

Text, voice and a face in one window

The conversation starts as typing and turns into voice, or into a conversation with an avatar placed inside the page layout, with one click. Ada can be interrupted mid sentence, the way a person can, because that is how real conversation works.

02

Answers with evidence, not with guesswork

Before an answer reaches the screen, the system checks that every claim has coverage in published content. An answer without coverage is rejected whole, before the customer sees a single word. This is a gate in front of sending, not a filter at the end.

03

From an answer to the next step

Ada does not stop at explaining. She books a demo inside the conversation, surfaces the right document, or hands the case to a human with the full context when the question goes beyond what she is allowed to settle.

What Ada does when she does not know

The behaviours that matter most sit at the edge of an agent's competence. Here they are written in code, not in an instruction to the model.

No coverage in the knowledge
She says plainly that it is not in the materials and offers a human. She does not guess and does not assemble an answer from the model's general knowledge.
A question containing personal data
She recognises document, account and card numbers inside the question and stops the turn before anything reaches the model.
A case for a human
She hands the conversation over with a reason from a closed list, so your team sees cases in a queue rather than loose notes.
An operation that changes data
She issues a card for approval instead of performing the change. A human clicks it, in a separate request.
A repeated question with no answer
It lands in the gap register: a ready list of topics to add to the knowledge base, ordered by how often they are asked.

Three moments in the life of your website

Someone compares you with a competitor after hours

At 22:00 there is nobody to reply, and by morning the interest has cooled. Ada answers immediately, from your own materials, and offers a slot while the topic is still warm.

A question about one clause in your policy

Returns, deadlines, exceptions: an answer from the exact section of the document, with the source named, instead of a generality somebody has to correct later.

Show me this live

Instead of a contact form and a promise of follow up, the visitor gets free slots inside the chat window and leaves your site with a confirmation in their inbox.

How this module grows

This is where the conversation module is heading. Anything without this tag works today.

Ada greets first

Opening the conversation based on the page the visitor is on and where they came from, instead of waiting for a click.

Notify me

Guided tour of the site

Ada walks the visitor through sections of the page and shows what they asked about, instead of describing it in words.

Notify me

Knowing the visitor's company

Greetings and examples matched to the industry and size of the company the traffic comes from.

Notify me

Suggested materials

The right document or recording surfaced at the moment the visitor is closest to a decision.

Questions we get most often

How can I be sure Ada will not invent an answer?
Because before an answer reaches the screen we check every claim against published content. An answer without coverage is rejected whole. The customer then sees an honest sentence about missing information, not invented content.
What happens when Ada does not know something?
She says so plainly and offers a human, and the question lands in the gap register. After a week you have a list of topics customers ask about that your materials do not cover.
Can I take over the conversation?
Yes. Handover is part of the product: the case enters a queue with a reason and the full context, and your agent continues it without asking the customer to repeat the story.
Does Ada speak my language?
Yes, and you set her language, tone, name and voice. The same configuration covers greetings, action buttons and conversation starters.
How heavy is the widget, and will it slow my site down?
About twenty kilobytes compressed, which is what the browser downloads. Loaded lazily and inside its own DOM tree, so it does not collide with your styles. It pulls nothing from third party servers.
Will the widget work on any website?
It works only on the domains you put on the allowed list yourself. That is the protection against your key being pasted onto somebody else's site.

See the conversation on your own content

We load a slice of your materials and ask Ada the real questions your customers ask. Thirty minutes, no slides.
