Comparison

AIvatary vs CallPage

CallPage starts from the callback: a visitor leaves a number and the system connects them to a consultant. It is a sales tool built around that moment. We start from a conversation meant to finish the matter without a callback.

Their site read on 9 September 2026 · we quote what they publish · we do not argue with advertising

Two different starting points

This difference is not about features but about what each product treats as a successful conversation.

Call recordings: we have none, and that is a decision

CallPage lists a virtual switchboard with call recording. We deliberately store no audio file, and it is worth knowing what that costs in both directions.

What remains after a call with us

A written transcript together with a summary and the agreed points. Enough to check what was said and to hand the matter on.

What you will not get back

Tone of voice, pace, and a recording to replay for training or in a dispute. If you need that, a tool with recording holds a real advantage.

Why we decided this way

A call recording is data you must collect lawfully, store, secure and be able to delete on request. A transcript answers the same questions at a lower cost.

This is not a setting to flip. The telephony path writes no audio file, so there is nothing to switch on.

When their product is the better choice

Your sales rest on a fast callback

If your process depends on a rep calling back immediately, a tool built around that moment will do it better than a conversation meant to close the matter itself.

You need recordings

For training a team or settling disputes. We give a written transcript, not audio.

You already run a switchboard and people on phones

Then a call-routing layer is what you are looking for, not an agent answering questions.

Does your agent call back too?
No. We place no outbound calls: the agent answers and replies, and hands a matter needing a person over with the whole conversation. That is a product boundary, not a missing setting.
Can recordings be enabled on request?
No. The telephony path writes no audio file, so there is no switch that would turn it on. What remains is the written transcript.
Is this still accurate?
We read their site on 9 September 2026. If something changed, tell us: we will fix it, because an outdated comparison hurts us first.

We will run the agent on your own content and your own case.
