Comparison

AIvatary vs EstiVoice

EstiVoice is a voice agent for medical practices: it answers the phone, replies to patients and books visits. If that is all you need, it is a product built for exactly that case. Below are the differences visible on both sides.

Their site read on 9 September 2026 · we quote what they publish · we do not argue with advertising

What happens once the package runs out

This is the difference that decides most often, and the only one where both sides state plainly opposite things.

EstiVoice prices and rates per their site, as of 9 September 2026. Our ceiling is hard by decision, not by setting: the same check that counts usage is the one that refuses.

Scope: one channel or one shared inbox

EstiVoice describes a phone channel and integrations with practice systems. We run the same conversation in several places, on one knowledge base.

Theirs: the phone in the practice

Answering calls, booking and changing visits, SMS confirmations, handing urgent cases over, integrations with the booking systems listed on their site.

Ours: the same agent in several places

Chat on the page, an avatar inside the content, voice in the browser, email both ways and telephony on your own number. One knowledge base and the same gates on each.

Theirs: one language market

Their site is published in Polish and announces no other languages.

Ours: five product languages

Polish, English, German, French and Spanish in the panel and on the site. Voice in some of them has not been verified live yet, and we say so plainly.

When their product is the better choice

A comparison page that ends by telling you to pick us is not a comparison. Three situations where we hold no advantage.

You need the phone and nothing else

If the matter begins and ends with an answered call, the rest of our platform is a cost you will not use.

A specific practice system matters most

They list medical booking systems on their site. If yours is among them, that is a road already built; with us it would be work to do.

You would rather pay per minute than hit a ceiling

Our model refuses once the package is spent. If you prefer calls to keep going and the bill to grow, choose per-minute billing.

Is this still accurate?
We read their site on 9 September 2026 and put that date next to every sentence about them. If something changed on their side, tell us: we will fix it, because an outdated comparison hurts us first.
Why is there no tick-and-cross table per feature?
That layout forces you to rule on someone else's product in places where you know nothing. No mention on their page does not mean the feature is missing.
What happens on your side when the minutes run out mid-day?
Voice calls stop connecting until the new period or an add-on package. We warn once past 80 % of the package, so the refusal is not the first you hear of it.

Check it on your own case

We will run the agent on your content, with nothing to install and no number to connect.
