Customer service automation

An AI agent that only answers from your knowledge

AIvatary talks to your customers using your company's knowledge base and grounds every answer in cited sources. If an answer has no coverage in your materials, it is never sent. No hallucinations, no improvisation.

14 days without a card · core infrastructure hosted in the EU · no changes to your website required

Ada is an AI assistant. You are talking to a system, not a person.

Three rules the agent cannot break

These are not marketing claims but architecture: the gates sit in code before the language model, not after it.

01

Answers with citations

Every answer must be covered by your knowledge base and point to the sources it uses. The citation check runs before the customer sees the first character. An uncovered answer is rejected outright, not corrected after the fact.

02

Humans approve changes

The agent never changes data, places orders, or sends messages on its own. Instead it issues a confirmation card that an operator clicks, as a separate request with a full audit trail.

03

Hard tenant separation

The platform is multi-tenant, and every conversation is scoped to one organisation's data at the query level. Not a filter applied to results, but a condition without which the query never exists.

How it works

1

Upload your knowledge

Articles, procedures, and policies, written in the editor or imported from a URL. Content goes through an editorial cycle: draft, review, publish. The agent only ever sees published versions.

2

Embed the widget or open chat

One line of script embeds a chat window on your website. Plus in-panel chat for signed-in users and voice sessions in the browser.

3

Supervise and improve

A conversation inbox, human handoffs, and a knowledge-gap register. The system itself points out the questions it couldn't answer, so you know what to write next.

All these channels lead to the same conversation inbox and the same handoff to a human. The full picture is on the channels page.

Who it's for

Companies with repetitive customer questions

Shops, subscription services, SaaS: anywhere 70% of tickets are still the same questions about status, returns, configuration and pricing, and the answers already exist in documents.

Teams that can't risk made-up answers

Regulated industries and every company where a wrong answer costs more than no answer. An agent that hands the conversation to a human when sources don't cover it, instead of guessing.

AI employee

A chatbot answers. Ada finishes the task.

Ada is an AI employee who lives in your Slack and Teams. You ask her in chat or on a call, and she answers only from your company's knowledge, sees only what the asker is allowed to see, and connects to the tools your team already uses. Meet Ada →
